Shipping Rates and Estimates

For customers in Switzerland, you should receive your artwork or print within 7-14 business days from the shipping date.

For customers in Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific, you should receive your artwork or print within 7-28+ business days from the shipping date.

Return Policy

At Mitternachtsflug, we take great care in ensuring that all of our artworks, prints, and merchandise are of the highest quality. Due to the unique and limited nature of our items, we do not accept returns unless the product has been damaged during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

Contact Us: Send an email to mitternachtsflug@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of both the item and the packaging.
Assessment: Once we receive your email, we will assess the damage and provide further instructions on how to proceed. If your claim is approved, we will either replace the item (subject to availability) or offer a refund.
Please note that all original artworks, prints and postcards are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We are not responsible for minor imperfections caused by handling after delivery.
